Stimulus Possibilities?

If you've been watching the broad market indices the past few weeks, you have undoubtedly seen volatility associated with news regarding a possible Stimulus package being passed. Negotiations for a new bill have been ongoing for some time now, with Democrats and Republicans disagreeing on the size and scope of the package. As the election looms, however, the likelihood of a bill passing prior to November 3 decreases by the day.
